1776 United Return Policy and Exchange Policy:

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item for the full amount. 

Once we receive the item(s) we will either credit you back minus what it cost us to ship it to you originally, or send out your replacement item(s) depending on what you choose to do.

  • Limited Edition Items, clearance items, discontinued item sales, and custom orders may not be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Nor will we pay shipping on returns or exchanges.
  • We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for Jewelry, Custom Wood Art, Limited/Special Edition items.
  • Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost we will gladly replace your order after 20 business days to allow for USPS to scan. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. 
  • Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.

All items MUST be unwashed, and unworn. (This includes bending of hat bills, worn jewelry, used patches, shirts that smell like B.O. If an item is deemed unsellable upon inspection, you will not get a refund. Please use common sense.)
