We created 1776 United to evoke a sense of patriotism found in our forefathers. Most have forgotten to ask themselves not what their country can do for them, but what they can do for their country.
Our dream is to inspire a new wave of patriotism that might lead to the next Greatest Generation. We aim for the clothing we create to embody the many chapters of American history. Each shirt is a cotton reminder of who we are, where we live, and where we're going.
I purchased a 1776 “Liberty” tee a few years ago, maybe 3 or 4. I love the design, the material, fit, and mostly the durability, I still have it and wear it often. These new shirts have changed a lot! The fit seems to be longer, they’re lighter now, and the material too is significantly lighter. I prefer the old shirt more but the new ones seem good so far.
Aside from the actual shirts though, the company seems to have slipped a little too. Took well over a month to get my shirts and just the general customer service has lessened. Always a bummer to see a once great product and company become a victim of their own success but maybe the durability of these new lesser shirts will make up for it.
Hey Jay! Just wanted to let you know that we have not changed shirts. The Appeal to heaven tee you bought is on a specific tri blend tee. We have some tri blend tees but most are printed on our poly blends. We have always used these same types of tees and have not changed this for over ten years now. As far as the delay with ordering and customer service. We have had our fair share of production issues this summer and we are actively working on getting it fixed and caught up. Love these shirts
I love the fit and feel of these tShirts. I’m an RN so comfort is an important part of the job for me. I’ve been using the basic tees to wear at work and have not been disappointed. Better than anything I had found locally and definitely better than the over priced stuff from scrub stores.
