Molon Labe, is the defiant, iconic answer King Leonidas gave to Xerxes I when he was told to lay down his weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae in 486 BC. The best translation we have for Molon Labe is, Come and Take Them. Or, as Charlton Heston famously put it, "from my cold dead hands." Molon Labe is used among 2nd Amendment supporters to assure those who wish to infringe upon our right to Keep and Bear Arms that we will not give them up without a fight.

The design features a Minuteman skull with crossed musket and cutlass above the original Molon Labe text.

Our shirts run a little small and are athletic fit so if you are in between sizes or are unsure, please order up one size.

About 1776 United

We created 1776 United to evoke a sense of patriotism found in our forefathers. Most have forgotten to ask themselves not what their country can do for them, but what they can do for their country.

Our dream is to inspire a new wave of patriotism that might lead to the next Greatest Generation. We aim for the clothing we create to embody the many chapters of American history. Each shirt is a cotton reminder of who we are, where we live, and where we're going.

I recommend this product

Prepare to wait…

I guess I’ll start with the good. Yes, the shirt is awesome, hence the reason I ordered it in the first place. That being said, the wait is ridiculous. I know these shirts are made to order and I would be fine with the 7 day waiting period the email confirmation states. Even 14 days would be acceptable, but it took over 3 months to get this shirt. Betty Ross could hand stitch a flag quicker than that. I ordered a shirt from this company a couple of years ago, and now remember why I never ordered any more. I like this company and the message they stand for, but good Lord, the waiting period on these shirts is ridiculous.
