We created 1776 United to evoke a sense of patriotism found in our forefathers. Most have forgotten to ask themselves not what their country can do for them, but what they can do for their country.
Our dream is to inspire a new wave of patriotism that might lead to the next Greatest Generation. We aim for the clothing we create to embody the many chapters of American history. Each shirt is a cotton reminder of who we are, where we live, and where we're going.
The lettering is so big that "ON" ends up tucked in my pants, which I guess is OK, since "KEEP CALM AND CARRY", and the image of the 1911, should be sufficient warning for those who can read. Also, the description on your website said these were 100% cotton, but no label on the shirt verifies this.
Love the color and it fits as well as expected. Was a little bummed to have to jump up a size due to the athletic fit (normally a large, had to order an XL) but other than that, no complaints! The color is awesome and I've gotten a lot of high fives and compliments on the shirt itself.
When I wrote in and suggested that they start carrying some 4X shirts for bigger guys, I was basically called a fat *** by who I can only assume was the owner. I can’t imagine an employee telling me that, but who knows. In any case, I bought 3 different shirts in this size and I love them. I’m about to order more. I’m glad the company was a little open minded about the sizes because the shirts and designs are really amazing. Thanks guys.
Lol Jesse I don't remember calling anyone a fat ass. But for a while we were limited in the sizes we could get. I am glad we are stating to expand to 4xl but for a while it was just a limitation of our manufacturer. Thanks for the support and glad you like everything!
