I can not remove the wrinkles from the folds from the packaging. I tried washing it on the cold cycle as recommended by the manufacturer's attached label but they still remain.
I have three other soft shell jackets 2 Arcteryx and 1 REI. I've never had an issue with these. Any idea how to remove the creases?
